Everything ships from our Norwich base.

Retail products (rackets, balls, grips)

Standard UK delivery: 2–3 working days, tracked, Royal Mail Tracked 48. Free on orders over £50. £3.99 on smaller orders.

Local pickup: free for Norfolk customers collecting at Eaton Park, Norwich. Choose "Local pickup" at checkout — you'll get an email when your order is ready to collect (usually within 24–48 hours).

Stringing service

  • Norfolk: drop off and pick up at Eaton Park, Norwich NR4 7AU. Free.
  • London: our stringer contacts you within 24 hours to arrange collection.

Buying a racket AND booking stringing

  • Norfolk: both items fulfil at Eaton Park — pick up together in one visit.
  • London: racket ships to your home; the stringer arranges the racket for stringing separately.

International

We currently ship UK only. Get in touch if you're outside the UK and we'll see what we can do.
